This electric jack set is well designed to be able to run off a 12V interface from inside a vehicle. The cords have a good length and they even have an adapter to run directly off a car battery if needed. It is simple to operate the jack and the impact wrench that is included. note that the impact wrench is a corded design, so from the pictures you might think it is rechargeable, but it is not. The digital display on the front of the jack is easy to read and operate, with all the buttons to control things at your fingertips. It can also double as an electric pump, with a side compartment holding various adapters that would aid in inflating just about anything. It is a sturdy design that stays in place nicely when used. It also has an extended arm, so if the shorter one is too short, you are able to switch out for the other one quickly and easily. the case is a nice way to keep everything stored together for when you might need it. It also includes two sizes of sockets for removing lug nuts from wheels. A great gift for the mechanic in your life or someone who want to be ready with this jack instead of a manual one, if they need to change a tire.

This electric car jack was purchased to have in my trunk for that - just in case emergency. Although my first time using it was for my neighbors flat tire in her work parking lot. Off I went 2 females were about to whip off the flat tire and replace it with the new one on her lunch break, and with this jack it was a cinch. The removable heads on the jack ( minimum 6.10 inches with the maximum at 20.87 inches ) gave us the exact height we needed to get the job done. We used the gloves that came in the kit and the impact wrench zinged the lugnuts off instantly without the typical issues of not being strong enough to budge or crank them off. The flat tire was off and new one on in no time as the impact wrench tightened it back on. My husband uses the tire inflator for his four wheeler because it's easier than loading the whole thing and taking it somewhere he can now do it right at home. It also has a battery clamp and LED light along with the unit carrying case labeled with a warning sign on it for safety while working. It's a multi taking life saver. It gets its 12v power flow from the cigarette lighter or the car battery battery power. The jack can work continuously for 15 minutes, and reaches its max height in one minute! The head on the jack used a non slip design with a cross shaped design for your safely securing the vehicle. A great multi unit to have around.
