HOW TO USE

Lay the blanket down on a heatproof surface( like a bed ).
Drinking some water before use
Dress loose, long clothing and socks for unrestricted sweating
Spend up to 45 minutes and the temperature at 75 degrees Celsius (167 Fahrenheit)
Get into the blanket relaxing; let the soothing infrared rays do the work.
Feel refreshed, rejuvenated, balanced, and ready to take on a new start.

NOTE: The average maximum temperature is 80 degrees. It is NOT advisable to fold and heat. The folding heating temperature will exceed 120.

I finally unpacked and tried this. It functioned well. It warms up quickly and you WILL sweat.

The goal is to sweat so it’s 5. The remote needs to be closer to the receiver in order for it function. So when you are zipped make sure that the receiver and the remote is no more than 1 feet away for it to function. Battery is NOT included so you need to purchase. For the price I think it’s a good buy. I will recommend the blanket is fully heated to your desire prior to zipping yourself so you don’t need to use the remote. Adding an extra yarn or elastic cloth to extend the zipper when you pull to zip it will be a great help. Happy sweating.

I just got mine. I’ve used it once with fully covering clothes & socks. So far so good. A bit big but I’m only 5’2. It best to have someone zip you in and out it’s a bit hard to zip yourself. The temp goes up to 80. Warms up quick. 74 was good for me. I started to sweat within 5 mins.

The machine does the job exceptionally. Even though your face isn't submerged your face will still sweat, and you don't feel suffocated like going in a boxed sauna. Even when using the hands free zipper the heat still stays in. Definitely worth the buy. My sore muscles from previous workouts were finally relaxed (mostly).
